Most of our TWIC-card security guards have a previous military, corrections, law enforcement or security experience and pass extensive training and federal background screening.

The TWIC^® card is a Transportation Worker Identification Card or a Transportation Worker Identification Credential required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act for all workers, coast and security guards who can have unescorted access to secure areas of the nation’s maritime facilities, plants, and marine vessels. It is a necessary card for many annexed operations since individuals obtaining it are U.S. citizen or eligible immigrant and can not have been convicted of certain crimes nor be connected to terrorist activity or lack mental capacity. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) conducts a security threat assessment to determine a person’s eligibility.
